Information for musicians

We receive artists' programme proposals on a daily basis. Some of these fit neatly into the artistic plan of the organisation, others do not meet our expectations. The pages below help you prepare your proposal and present it in the most effective way.

You are discouraged to present:

• performances on modern instruments
• concerts in period costumes
• folk(lore)
• concerts that have already been performed in the Netherlands
• concerts by amateur groups

Presenting your programme:
If you have never performed in the Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht or the Festival Oude Muziek Tournees before, please send us a message to art@oudemuziek.nl first, and if we ask you to, send a demo (cd or dvd only), a biography and one or more programme proposals.
