The Organisatie Oude Muziek, hereafter referred to as OOM, finds it important to protect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use this data.

This privacy policy applies to services provided by the OOM. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of external parties which sell tickets for concerts connected with the OOM. We neither gather nor use any information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy, unless we have received your permission to do so in advance. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal details. By making use of our services you agree to accept the privacy policy.

1. Which personal details does the OOM collect?
When you apply for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal details such as your name and address and/or email address. We need these particulars in order to provide our services. The details are stored on the OOM’s own secure servers or those of a third party. We can also gather personal details via cookies or comparable techniques, such as your IP-address, cookie-ID, location, pages you visit at oudemuziek.nl and any newsletters of ours you may read.

2. How can I inspect the details that the OOM has received from me? And can I have them modified or removed?
You can ask us at any time for an overview of your personal details as known to the OOM and how we use them. You can also ask us to modify or stop processing your personal details. We will always comply with this request, unless we have legal grounds for continuing to process your details. This applies, for example, to our sales administration.

3. What does the OOM do with my personal details?
When you apply for one of our services, your data may be used to send you concert tickets, to inform you about concerts and to send you brochures, to invite you to a customer satisfaction survey and, if you have given your consent, to send you newsletters.

The OOM keeps the details you have provided as long as the law prescribes.

The OOM handles your details with the utmost care. We have taken various measures to secure your personal details against loss or unauthorized use.

The OOM does not share your personal details with third parties, with the exception of businesses whose services the OOM employs in order to be able to offer you our own services. We have signed processing agreements with all these businesses.
